I have a proven track record as the Deputy General Counsel of a company with annual sales in excess of $3.0 billion with 4,000 employees where I structured, negotiated and drafted all documents necessary to acquire, entitle, construct, develop and sell more than 50 commercial developments and several thousand individual residences with a value in excess of $10 Billion. In addition, I have been responsible for the negotiation and documentation of leveraged buyouts, M & A, divestitures and recapitalizations of more than 55 domestic and international transactions valued in excess of $16 Billion.
